In de periode april tot en met september ligt er geen ijs op het buitenterrein van Jaap Eden en zijn de verschillende locaties te huur voor diverse doeleinden als bedrijfsuitje, familie uitje of voor feesten.

Accessibility
Jaap Eden is easily accessible and there is plenty of space to park on and off the rink grounds. A train station is around the corner and bus and streetcar also stop within walking distance of the grounds.

During the now proven concept of Curling at JAAP's Summer Square, compete under the well-lit tent. Will you take care of the points? Then we'll arrange a nice drink at the entrance and lead everything in the right lanes.

Curling is played with curling stones on wheels and is a variation of the Olympic sport of curling. This outing is given outdoors at JAAP's Summer Square.
We make sure all materials are ready after which the curling can begin! The winner of the mutual tournament will receive a beautiful curling cup at the end of the outing ! A winter summer outing really doesn't get any better than this.

Our historic rink is transformed into a dynamic gaming space during the summer. Armed with soft arrows and protective masks, you will compete in an active and strategic game. Who will eliminate their opponents first and capture victory?

Archery Tag is organized as a tournament, where teams play against each other in several rounds, culminating in an exciting final and a prize for the winners. The activity is divided into three phases: a warm-up, the main game and a final attack game, which focuses on cooperation, tactical insight and quick decisions.

Ron Berteling is een voormalig Nederlandse ijshockeyer en kwam 213 keer uit voor het nationale team en is daarmee recordinternational en heeft hiermee de titel ‘Mister IJshockey’ verdiend.
This program consists of running turns, dropping off, braking, stickhandling and shooting the puck. After the exercises, a game will be played. Of course, the program can also be adapted on the spot in consultation with Ron.

In summer the restaurant can be used exclusively as a unique wedding location, for a private corporate event or when you want to organize a BBQ, but do not have a large garden of your own. Both the indoor restaurant and the (covered) terrace can be booked in the summer.
